These are the type of people any innovative company would hire on the spot. While this looks fun and cool, you might be missing the point. Wheelbarrow races have been around forever, and everyone does the switch pretty much the same way. These two guys actually came up with a totally different way in doing something everyone perceived could only be done one way. Also the type of people that spend time working on perfecting a Wheelbarrow race will do amazing things for any company that will allow them to think different. Wish I knew who the kids where because I would offer them a job.
